This case-sensitive code system http://hl7.org/fhir/coding-purpose defines the following codes in a Is-A heirarchy:

1	original	Original Code	Originally produced/selected code.
1	post-coded	Post Coded	Post-coded from free text source (either by Human or AI).
1	translated	Translated	Translated from the source code (e.g. by table or terminology service).
1	conformance	Conformance	Required to be present by one or more interface/messaging specifications.
2	conformance-fhir	Conformance (FHIR)	Required to be present by the base FHIR specifications.
2	conformance-national	Conformance (National Spec)	Required to be present by a national specification (usually the base/core FHIR profile for the jurisdiction).
2	conformance-business	Conformance (Business Spec)	Required to be present by an applicable business specifications (e.g. DaVinci, mCode, WHO IGs).
