This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles De-Identified UDS Plus Diagnosis (http://fhir.org/guides/hrsa/uds-plus/StructureDefinition/uds-plus-diagnosis) and De-Identified UDS Plus Diagnosis (http://fhir.org/guides/hrsa/uds-plus/StructureDefinition/uds-plus-diagnosis).
